Terms and Conditions – LetsWork.ewebookz

Welcome to LetsWork.ewebookz! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, where users can upload and monetize their original photos and videos. By accessing or using LetsWork.ewebookz, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1.Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this platform.

1.2. By registering, you confirm that all content you upload is original and legally owned by you.

1.3. Any attempt to upload stolen, copied, or AI-generated content will result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.



2. Account Registration & Subscription

2.1. Users must provide accurate details during registration.


2.2. The platform requires a yearly subscription fee of ₹499, which helps maintain the platform and ensure smooth payouts.


2.3. The subscription fee is refundable within one year if the user is unsatisfied with the platform.


2.4. If a refund is processed, the user's account will be permanently deactivated, and all uploaded content will be deleted and non-retrievable.




3. Content Upload & Earnings

3.1. Users can upload photos and videos that meet our quality and originality standards.


3.2. Earnings per file range from ₹25 to ₹150, depending on quality and demand.


3.3. Payments will be made after content verification and approval by our team.


3.4. Users must not upload:


Copyrighted material without permission.

Explicit, violent, or illegal content.

Poor-quality or heavily edited files.

3.5. For professional photographers & videographers, LetsWork.ewebookz offers a marketplace where they can set their own prices for premium content.




4. Payment & Withdrawals

4.1. Payments are processed weekly/monthly (based on platform policies).


4.2. Users must have a minimum balance of ₹500 to request a withdrawal.


4.3. Payments will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal (as per availability).


4.4. LetsWork.ewebookz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by users.




5. Refund Policy

5.1. Users can request a refund of their ₹499 subscription fee within one year of registration if they are unsatisfied with the platform.

5.2. Once the refund is processed:

  • The user's account will be permanently deactivated.
  • All uploaded photos and videos will be deleted and non-retrievable.
  • Any pending earnings will be forfeited.
    5.3. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.




6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded content does not violate copyright laws or community guidelines.


6.2. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., mass low-quality uploads, bots, fake content) will be terminated without payment.


6.3. Users agree to allow LetsWork.ewebookz to use uploaded content for marketing and promotional purposes (with proper attribution if required).




7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant LetsWork.ewebookz a non-exclusive license to distribute and sell it.


7.2. Once content is sold or licensed via the platform, users cannot claim additional payments beyond the agreed earnings.




8. Account Termination

8.1. LetsWork.ewebookz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


8.2. If an account is terminated due to policy violations, no pending payments will be released.




9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. LetsWork.ewebookz does not guarantee specific earnings and is not liable for financial losses due to account issues or policy violations.

9.2. The platform is not responsible for technical issues, server downtimes, or external payment gateway delays.




10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.1. LetsWork.ewebookz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.


10.2. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
